The Birthplace Museum of Giacomo Puccini in Lucca finally opens its doors to visitors from all over the world. The inauguration is September 13th at 12 am.

After years of restoration of the rooms where the composer was born on December 22nd, 1858 and lived, the museum opens again with his music, his records, his paintings, the original furnishings,his relics, his letters, his photos, his words.
