The association Prorock invites you to know the mountain during the wintertime.

The course is open to anyone who wants to go skiing in pristine places out of the ordinary ski slopes. The course will face in 4 sessions the basic techniques of skiing.
We will learn the basic notions of mountain rescue.

First meeting is Friday evening, ski mountaineering at night: The Meeting at the Hotel Casone in Profecchia Casoni di Garfagnana, at 19.00 and departure to Bocca di Massa, and return to the hotel where people can book a room or eat in the restaurant.
The cost € 40.00 per person includes the presence of an official mountain guide, material for self-rescue (artva shovel and probe).
Registrations must be received by e-mail by Wednesday 27 January.
