- At 20.00 along the streets of the historical centre, the traditional Volto Santo Candle light Procession with the "Mottettone" into the Cathedral of San Martino, this year given by the Maestro Gianfranco Cosmi, who will propose "Salve Crux"
- From 23.30 on the City Walls, Fireworks of Santa Croce.

September 14 ( Santa Croce)
- At 10.30 into the Cathedral of San Martino in Lucca Solenne Pontificale(Pontifical Mass): Exaltation of the Holy Cross, with the Chorus of Cappella Santa Cecila.
- At 17.00 into the Cathedral of San Martino in Lucca Execution of Second Vespers for the Santa Croce, Music by Don E. Maggini.
