A fascinating pilgrimage of 5 days on foot with a guide on the so-called "Via del Volto Santo", the way which linked the Lunigiana with Garfagnana until Lucca.
The percourse consists of small streets, ancient mule tracks and small parts on aphalt roads across small historical villages. It`s not difficult so it`s useful for everyone but 20 km will be the distances every day more or less.
The arrival in Lucca will be for the Solemn Parade and the "Luminara" of Santa Croce which there will be the 13rd of September in the evening to celebrate the Volto Santo.
