Presentation of the book by Renzo Cresti "Richard Wagner, the poetry of pure human" (Italian Music Library, Lucca, 2012, also in English).
Following this, a concert of Wagner`s music (Albumblatte, Sonata for Mathilde Wesendonck), and the premiere of piece by Andrea Talmelli Beyond music.

On this occasion, the documentary "Piano Liszt. A century of cinema with Franz Liszt, director Francesco Leprino and Luigi Verdi (Al Gran Sole production).

Mercoledì 16 maggio alle 21.00

Presentazione del libro di Renzo Cresti “Richard Wagner, la poetica del puro umano” (Libreria Italiana Musicale, Lucca 2012, anche in inglese).

A seguire, il concerto di musiche wagneriane (Albumblatte, Sonata per Mathilde Wesendonck), e la prima esecuzione assoluta del brano di Andrea Talmelli Oltre la musica.

Al piano, Beatrice Venezi.

Nell’occasione, sarà proiettato il documentario “Piano Liszt. Un secolo di cinema con Franz Liszt”, con montaggio e regia di Francesco Leprino e Luigi Verdi (produzione Al Gran Sole).
